I have lived in my "flat roof" home for 30 years. These roofs required high maintenance, so I have worked with companies that foamed it and coated it many times. Each company was 'good' and did what they were hired to do. Then I worked with 1Cool Roof. What a difference! Tom Sheppard is one of the most honest and caring 'salesmen' that I have ever met. He went through what they would do, reviewed the warrantee (which is incredible), told me that they would come by and fix anything needed (all I needed to do was call), and had that all in the contract. I thought that this might be 'too good to be true'. However, the workers were there on time, picked up everything, and spoke to me before they started, when they were taking a break, and upon completion of the job. They were all professional and personable. That all met my expectations as 'work promised'. However, when I had someone up on my roof and I needed 1Cool Roof to come back to fix what the other company had done, the folks were there the next day. I was called with the time they would be there and received a call when they were running a bit late. They fixed what the other company had caused, and did a bit more when they found a spot they believed should have been taken care of better than what was done. The roof will now last me until after I am long gone. 1Cool Roof goes above and beyond 'good customer service'. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to work with an honest company with superb customer service and high work ethics.

Roof covering coating. Want to highly recommend One Cool Roof if you have a flat roof that needs recoated. We decided to go with the Silicone option. It is more expensive than a regular elastomeric coat, but we don't have to replace the roof or recoat ever again. Supposed to be much more energy efficient and this was a great company to work with. We put on a new addition and they installed a standard rolled roof then covered it with the silicone. Then we reworked our older AC system and they coated the rest of the old roof and the new ductwork. No leaks or worries! Rain rain come again!! From the 1st moment I talked to Steve and with every subsequent conversation he always told me the truth. The price on a flat roof for silicone covering is more reasonable, less in future costs because the silicone roof is GUARANTEED for LIFE so less maintenance... just powerwash every 3 or so years, and is the BEST looking roof our air conditioner technician has ever seen, than a foam roof. If you need to investigate this have a foam roof person come to your house 1st to get their pricing and maintenance information. Then have Steve come over and explain pricing and maintenance information for silicone covering on a flat roof and you will be pleasantly surprised about the difference between the 2 and will choose One Cool Roof.
The 1st month I had my silicone flat roof was August and my bill for the month went down $27!
Part of the guaranty is that if you have service on anything on your roof and a accident happens that leaves a hole in the silicone...NOT TO WORRY! just call One Cool Roof and they will send someone out to fix it..FREE OF CHARGE!!! I had solar panels put up and of course there were some holes in the silicone and true to his word Steve sent a man out to fix the roof AT NO CHARGE in a timely manner.
